Sometimes you just need someone to really listen, mirror and challenge you to take a fresh look. Coaching is an individual process in which you are central. Together, we look for insights, patterns and possibilities that will help you further in your professional or personal development. We don't just look at the top layer, but also dare to go deeper where necessary, with elements of systemic coaching. Depending on the theme, I sometimes work together with other experienced coaches, each with their own specialisation. The approach is low-threshold, people-oriented and always tailored to your rhythm. One conversation can sometimes make all the difference.
