Inclusion

Inclusion is about much more than diversity alone. It's about creating a working environment where everyone feels welcome, safe and valued - regardless of age, background, culture or the department you work in. In this session, we will explore together what inclusion really means and how to make it concrete in behaviour, communication and collaboration.We will dwell on generational differences, cultural diversity and (unconscious) prejudices, but also on collaboration between different teams and departments. Because inclusion is finaly about connecting, communicating and collaborating towards a shared goal. This workshop can be broad or just deepened on one theme, depending on where the need is greatest. A multi-day course is also possible, with room for practical exercises, reflection and action.
